G&I B Construction L.L.C. is a general contractor based at 13226 Dover Hill Rd, Loogootee, IN 47553, working throughout Martin County and the surrounding region of Southern Indiana. We are led by Brayan Rivas, and we are small enough that the person who quotes your job is connected to the crew that does it.
We cover seven trades — roofing, framing, siding, drywall, flooring, soffit and fascia, and decking. That range is deliberate. The roof edge, the gutter line, the fascia and the wall system all interact, and problems in one usually started in another. Having all of it under one contractor means the cause gets fixed rather than relocated.
What we are known for locally is being straight with people. If a roof has years left in it, we say so. If a repair will hold and a replacement is not needed yet, we recommend the repair. We would rather earn the bigger job when you genuinely need it than sell you something you do not — because in a county this size, reputation is the only marketing that has ever worked for us.
