We install luxury vinyl plank and other hard-surface flooring over properly prepped, flat, dry subfloors — because the fastest way to ruin a good product is to float it over a subfloor that dips, squeaks or holds moisture. We check, correct and then install.
Our flooring work covers full replacement, room-by-room updates and repairs after water damage. We handle transitions between rooms and surfaces, undercut door casings so plank runs beneath instead of being scribed around, and set expansion gaps at every perimeter so the floor can move seasonally without buckling. Baseboard and quarter-round are reinstalled cleanly at the end.

We pull a sample area where possible, check for flatness, squeaks and moisture, and identify anything that must be fixed first.
Prep & Level
The subfloor is cleaned, refastened and leveled so the finished floor sits flat and quiet underfoot.
Layout & Install
We dry-lay the first rows to plan seams and cuts, then install with correct expansion gaps at every wall.
Trim & Finish
Transitions and trim go back on, the floor is cleaned, and we walk it with you before calling the job complete.
